The villa has a typical linear architecture belonging to the late 1400's which is when the first portion of the Villa was built.
The foundation stone, dating back to 1464, is located in the lobby area with the date inscribed in roman numerals.
Initially it was the hunting manor of Cardinal Silvio Passerini (1469-1529), The restoration of the building commenced in 1999 and lasted 2 years.
The Owner was particularly careful in preserving the beauty and authenticity of the original building. Today the Villa is classified as an Historical Residence and offers a warm and elegant atmosphere for the discerning traveler.
The garden which surrounds the ancient residence is not only an oasis of peace, but a beautiful ancient park which is protected by the Environmental Authorities because of its beauty and historic importance. Silence reigns interrupted only by the sounds of birds and nature.
The intense scents of linden trees, Italian oaks and jasmine, as well as those of wild roses, lavender and peonies sweeten the days of guests laying by the pool or under the shade of the century old oaks.
