Comfortable living room with antique stone fireplace, two doors opening to lawn and stone paved terraces dominating the valley for unforgettable drinks at sunset. Door leads to a study/TV room that can became a comfortable single bedroom for a sudden guest. En suite shower room/wc that can be useful also as a guestʹs cloakroom. Large dining room, with traditional peasant's hearth, large table for up to 16 sitting.
Double door opens to the stone-paved and straw Sheltered al fresco dining area (two tables sitting up to 24) beside the vegetable garden and just above the pool. Stunning views over the Val d'Orcia. Adjacent fully equipped kitchen. Heated swimming pool (13x4 meters) just on the side of a terrace overlooking the valley.
